I believe in intuitive eating. For example, this summer, which was extraordinarily humid and rainy, I wanted soups almost every day. And I made them and I felt happy and nourished and satisfied.   Yesterday, I saw lions mane mushrooms in the market and I got a visceral sort of reaction. I knew I had to sauté them and serve over buttered bread. I had no craving for greens and I felt guilty. Then I said to myself this is what your body wants and needs, so listen to it. Our bodies know intuitively what we require. We shouldn’t be afraid to listen to it. I think this applies to almost everything. The answer to questions are being told to you every day.
